KUWAIT CITY, Sept 2: The Administrative Court has nullified the decision of Higher Council for Disability to convert a major disability to minor. Case files indicated the council issued a decision amending the degree of disability of a citizen from being major to minor without necessarily verifying the real condition of the person involved. For this reason, Lawyer Jarrah Al-Enezi representing the citizen countered the decision before the law court, urging the presiding judge to set aside the aforementioned resolution, which he considered detrimental to the interests of his client. He noted the decision defied the reality on ground and contradicts a previous diagnosis by the same authority.
