KUWAIT CITY, Oct 24: The Commercial Court obliged a major, general trading and construction company to pay half a million dinars to a businessman, as the company failed to fulfill its contractual obligations for planning and finishing the work of a commercial tower.

According to the case files, the company and the businessman signed a contract which involved planning and finishing the work of a commercial tower.

However, the company failed to deliver the outcome of work the way it agreed with the owner of the commercial tower. Representing the businessman was Lawyer Abdulmohsen Al-Qattan who explained that his client upheld his side of the contract in relation to the agreement he signed with the company.

His client thus deserves to be compensated by the company, which failed to honor its part of the deal, especially after the experts estimated the cost of damage sustained by his client in regard to the work which he had contracted the company to do.
