Couple accuses business partner of rape, fraud

KUWAIT CITY, July 7: An unidentified couple and an Arab man – believed to be partners in readymade garments trade — have been referred to the Public Prosecution after the couple accused the Arab man of rape, fraud and theft.

The daily added, according to the testimony of the Arab man, he was called to the home of the couple to receive some samples and money. He added, when he reached the house of the couple, he was received by the wife and soon three other men appeared from inside the house.

The men then tied him up and undressed him, at the same time the woman removed some of her clothes and took pictures of both of them and later the woman started blackmailing him and ordered him to sign a promissory note and threatened to file a complaint against the Arab man reports Al Rai.

The man told interrogators he had no option but to oblige for fear of getting involved in a scandal. For his part the man told police, when he arrived home he heard the screams of his wife and saw the Arab partner in a compromising position with his wife who was struggling to resist him.
