KUWAIT CITY, Oct 27: Kuwait Ministry of Health reported 7 deaths and 775 cases due to COVID-19. The death toll climbed up to 756 and the infected cases to 123,092, health ministry data showed.
According to ministry spokesman Dr. Abdullah Al-Sanad, the number of people hospitalized with the virus stands at 8,220; 116 of whom in intensive care units.
Al-Sanad added that 7,874 swab tests were conducted in the past 24 hrs, with a total of 889,555 so far.
Meanwhile, some 725 people recovered from the virus in the last 24 hours to raise the total to 114,116, the ministry said.
