KUWAIT CITY, Aug 7: An unidentified youth reportedly assaulted the policemen when a police patrol pursued him who after seeing a police patrol stepped on the gas pedal in a vain attempt to escape, reports Al-Rai daily.
When he was forced to pull over, he reportedly assaulted the man in uniform. The daily did not give more details about the incident.
In other news, an unidentified Arab has complained to the police that while he was on his way home in a suburb of Jahra, three relatives appeared from nowhere and beat him. Police are looking for the suspects.
