‘Cannot underestimate rights of MEW workers’

KUWAIT CITY, April 2: Head of the labor union at Ministry of Electricity and Water Eng Abdullah Al-Hajailan affirmed that the union is against the prejudice concerning the rights of workers in the ministry, indicating that the circular issued by the ministry regarding disbursement of allowances for far locations has provoked resentment among the workers, reports Al-Anba daily.

He stressed that the rights of the workers of Ministry of Electricity and Water cannot be underestimated, urging for increase in the allowances and benefits in equal par with those of workers in other productive state institutions
