Bank recognized as one of best ‘Regional Problem Solvers’
KUWAIT CITY, May 16: Burgan Bank, a dynamic and progressive Kuwaiti bank, was recently awarded one of the best ‘Regional Problem Solver’ awards in recognition of the exceptional solutions addressing potential challenges by its respective Call Center.
Dedicated to ensuring optimal customer experiences through the adoption of international standards and raising the bar on performance management, Burgan Bank was handed the prestigious distinction by INSIGHTS Middle East during a ceremony that took place at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Dubai on the 25th of April 2018. INSIGHTS Middle East, a Dubaibased enterprise is the only Call Centre dedicated professional services organization in the Middle East.
Now in its thirteenth year, the INSIGHTS Middle East Call Center Awards competition is the undisputed regional indicator for remote customer interaction success and widely acclaimed as having the most comprehensive selection and awards criteria of its type in the world.
Displaying intelligent and flexible attributes, Burgan Bank’s Call Center participants were congratulated for their robust approach to handling customer queries and concerns.
Utilizing training methodologies that were exclusively designed and adapted in-house, the employees demonstrated advanced communicative abilities and reaped outstanding results.
