KUWAIT CITY, March 13: A Kuwaiti citizen and his brother attacked and beat a Bedoun mercilessly in front of his sister. The incident took place near a private school in Fahaheel area over the ‘right of way’ and the two suspects were reportedly under the infl uence of liquor, says Al-Seyassah. A security source said the sister of the Bedoun cried to passersby to rescue her brother after the suspects damaged their vehicle. A team of rescue men went to the scene after passersby had notifi ed the Operations Room about the incident.
