Beating of lifetime – Car blocked

KUWAIT CITY, Nov 27: A citizen had the beating of his life by his neighbor who parked behind his vehicle and blocked him from leaving the spot. The citizen reported the matter to officers at Kabd Police station, says Al-Rai daily.

In his report, the citizen said he was surprised to find a car parked behind him, so he went to knock on his neighbor’s door to move the car from his private property. To his surprise, the man became incensed saying there’s enough space to park the vehicle. He then assaulted the citizen and left the scene.

The victim filed a report with the police and provided the suspect’s vehicle number plate and other details for his arrest. A case was registered and investigation is underway to arrest the suspect.

Meanwhile, Ahmadi security operatives successfully arrested a citizen who was driving a vehicle in the opposite direction of traffic after defying orders from patrolmen to stop, reports Al-Shahed daily. The officers are said to have chased the suspect and arrested him. He was in a disoriented state due to illicit drug abuse. The officers referred him to concerned authorities.
