KUWAIT CITY, Aug 2: The Public Prosecution has opened the door for employees who took the initiative to return the financial privileges they received after the discovery that their certificates are fake, reports Al-Qabas daily.
A knowledgeable source disclosed one of the accused, who works as supervisor in a public institution and was detained at the prosecution, returned all the allowances and salary he received after obtaining a university degree which turned out to be fake.
The source clarified this does not exempt the accused from accountability including imprisonment and recovery of all amounts received through a judicial decision, but he might be released on bail and banned from traveling.
