Attempt to smuggle cigarettes into Saudi Arabia foiled

KUWAIT CITY, April 23: Kuwait Customs officers at Nuwaiseeb port foiled an attempt to smuggle cigarettes to Saudi Arabia.  Customs department suspected an 4 wheel drive which was carefully checked and dismantled some of its parts and found around 800 cigarette boxes which were hidden in separate parts of the vehicle accordingly. Legal measures have been taken against the smuggler.
