Asian held with 4 kg ‘Shabu’

KUWAIT CITY, July 21: An Asian expatriate was arrested for attempting to smuggle four kilograms of methamphetamine (Shabu) into the country via Abdali border checkpoint. According to sources, customs officers checked the heavy vehicle, driven by the Asian expatriate, after it arrived at Abdali border checkpoint from Iraq, and they found the drug. The driver was arrested and referred with the confiscated drug to the concerned authorities for necessary legal action.
