Body hanging by rope

KUWAIT CITY, March 16: An Asian expatriate committed suicide by hanging himself with a rope inside a laundry shop in Mahboula area. According to security sources, when the Operations Room of Ministry of Interior received information about the incident, securitymen and paramedics rushed to the location. They pulled down the man and examined him to discover he was dead. The corpse was referred to the Forensics Department and a suicide case has been registered. Investigations are ongoing to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident.By Munaif Nayef Al-Seyassah StaffInmate in suicide bid: A bedoun serving time in the Central Prison sustained serious injuries when he tried in vain to end his life by jumping from the first fl oor of the facility, reports Al-Anba daily. According to a security source, the man is not suffering from any psychological problems. He has reportedly served his four-year term but is still in prison. The source added the inmate has been referred to the prison hospital. In the meantime the authorities are conducting investigation into the issue especially after a bedoun who was in solitary confinement hanged himself to death a few days ago.
