Arrogant person dressed in a military uniform arrested

KUWAIT CITY, Sept 2 : The Ministry of Interior arrested a person who appeared on a video clip dressed in a military uniform of special forces dealing in an arrogant manner and used force against supermarket staff in Shuwaikh area. He has been referred to the competent authorities to take necessary legal measures.
