Arab Times hosts meeting with US Deputy Chief of Mission

KUWAIT CITY, July 24: The Editor-in-Chief of Al-Seyassah and Arab Times, Ahmed Al-Jarallah hosted a meeting Sunday with US Deputy Chief of Mission, His Excellency Jim Holtsnider, the Counselor for Public Affairs Christy M. Watkins, and Counselor for Political Affairs Shannon M. Ross. Discussions covered the current political situation in Kuwait, the challenges facing the broader Gulf region, America’s commitment to the area highlighted by President Joe Biden’s recent reset visit to Saudi Arabia and the historic modernisation drive of the Kingdom guided by its Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman under the authority of His Majesty King Salman.

The discussion also touched on Iran and Israel’s approach to the Gulf region. The meeting was also attended by Saud Al Farhan, special assistant to the Editorin- Chief and the Managing Editor of the Arab Times Tadeusz Karwecki.
