Al-Qurain wins overall trophy of local squash championships

Al-Qurain SC was declared winner of the overall trophy of local squash championships of 2017- 2018 season after scoring 37 points. In the latest tournament, the Federation Cup Al-Qurain grabbed the gold medals of the U-17, U-15, and U-13 categories and the bronze medal of U-19.

In statements to reporters on the sidelines of the decoration ceremony, Director-General of the Public Authority of Sports Dr Humoud Al- Fleitah congratulated Al-Qurain on the outstanding performance over the season and the wining of the trophy. He hoped Al-Qurain players who offered splendid performances in the local tournaments would win regional and international championships after lifting the suspension on Kuwait’s sports. (KUNA)
