Al-Otaibi expresses appreciation and gratitude to the Asian Shooting Championship success

At the end of the 8th Asian Shotgun and 11th Asian Airgun Championships, which concluded Monday at the Olympic shooting Complex of Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad, Chairman of the Arab and Kuwait Shooting Federations Duaij Al-Otaibi expressed profound appreciation and deep gratitude toward those who participated in the event, and in particular those who won in the championship.

In a press statement, Al-Otaibi affirmed that Kuwait’s performance in the championship was distinguished, which enabled the national team shooters to top the list of skeet, double trap and trap contests – an indication that sports in Kuwait continues to thrive due to tireless efforts of the board of Kuwait Shooting Club, its personnel and shooters.

Al-Otaibi also expressed appreciation and gratitude to HH the Amir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad and HH the Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad, HH the Prime Minister Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak and all ministries, authorities and institutions that contributed to ensure success of the championship, which hosted more than 600 shooters represented by 35 countries across Asia.
