Al-Ahli Academy win SA Milan Championship Cup

Al-Ahli Football Academy of Kuwait Team (U14) won in Italy’s SA Milan Championship Cup, defeating AC Milan Football Academy of Kuwait by 5-1.

The Al-Ahli players had a strong performance in the championship under their coach — Hisham Wajdi.

The championship is considered the beginning of titles that Al-Ahli Academy will win in the current season as it is participating in several championships.

The journey of the team started with its win against Juventus Football Academy by 3-1, followed by its victory in the next match against Pharaoh Football Academy Club with the same score and this kept Al-Ahli at the top in its group.

In the semis, Al-Ahli defeated Don Bosco by 3-0, and then won the title with 5-1 against AC Milan.

Al-Ahli team consists of Ahmad Osama, Hatem Raafat, Mido Ahmad Rushdi (Best Player of the tournament), Abdullah Ahmad Abdulfattah, Omar Esmat, Ibrahim Shareef, Muhammad Jamal, Ahmad Muhammad, Ammar Hisham and Ahmad Al-Boub.

Manager of Al-Ahli Football Academy Muhammad Al-Sharqawi praised the team’s performance and congratulated them for the win, affirming the team is striving to win all the titles in the coming period.

Al-Sharqawi explained that the players of the team and the technical body are optimistic, stressing the academy is preparing for a huge leap in the coming season for all its teams.
