African man dumped baby next to garbage container in Farwaniya

KUWAIT CITY, Jan 21: Police are looking for an unidentified African man for dumping a newborn baby next to the garbage container in Farwaniya on a cold winter day, reports Al-Rai daily.
The baby was found dead and intensive investigations by securitymen led to identifying the African after the police saw the CCTV footage from nearby cameras. If the police succeed in identifying the African, the ‘mother’ of the baby will also be arrested.
