KUWAIT CITY, May 16: The Misdemeanors Court has ordered actress Hanadi Al-Kandari to pay KD 500 in fine for insulting a police lance corporal, reports Al-Rai daily.This came after the actress posted a video clip of the security man on duty on her Instagram account without his knowledge and the latter took it as an insult.Meanwhile, two citizens were arrested at a livestock pen in Wafra area in possession of a stolen car, says Al-Seyassah. A security source said the police received a tip-off that a stolen car had been parked inside a livestock pen in Wafra, and dispatched an undercover agent to verify the authenticity of information before obtaining search and arrest warrant to raid the location.Several number plates and wheels damaged as a result of drifting and other reckless activities were recovered from the pen along with equipment for changing wheels. Legal action has since been taken against the accused.
