DUBAI, Feb 7 (KUNA) -- Abu Dhabi closed cinemas and banned gatherings and parties, in an attempt to fight the coronavirus.
The committee of crisis management said in a statement on Sunday that only ten people are allowed to attend weddings and no more than 20 people can be present at funerals.
It also limited the number of visitors in shopping malls to 40 percent of the maximum accomodation capacity, 60 percent for restaurants and cafes and 50 percent for gyms.
Earlier today, the UAE reported 3,093 new coronavirus cases and seven deaths, as well as 4,678 recoveries.
