‘Abnormal’ person breaches security at MEW premises assaults two employees

KUWAIT CITY, Nov 11: The Ministry of Electricity and Water announced an unidentified person broke into the Emergency Services Department of the Electricity Distribution Networks Sector in the Sabhan area, reports Al-Seyassah daily.

On the other hand, informed sources told the daily the decision to restore the fingerprint system to mark entry and exit of employees in all ministries is with the Civil Service Commission, pointing out that the ministry is currently discussing the possibility of floating the tender to install 550 new fingerprint devices – the type of devices that were in use before the spread of the corona virus.
