ABK receives ‘Best Call Center’ award from Banker Middle East

Al Ahli Bank of Kuwait (ABK) recently won the ‘Best Call Center’ award from Banker Middle East, one of the region’s leading banking industry magazines. The award, which was won in recognition of the exceptional customer service of the Bank’s main Call Center, was received by Mrs Sawsan Ali, Senior Manager Alternative Delivery Channels and Faisal Al Tamimi, Assistant Manager Call Center.
Commenting on this award, Othman Tawfiqi, AGM Retail Banking Division said, “We are very pleased to receive the ‘Best Call Center’ award from Banker Middle East. This year we have been recognized on a number of occasions with awards, and we are very proud of these achievements. Such recognition serves as a strong motivator for every member of the ABK staff especially, in this case, our Call Center team”.
