KUWAIT CITY, March 7: A proposal has been submitted by the Residence Affairs department of the Ministry of Interior to exempt residence violators to leave Kuwait without paying fines due to residence violation, reports Al Anba. This proposal is accepted to be approved due to an increase in residence violators which are currently 150,000 violators in the country who are residing illegally.
