KUWAIT CITY, Feb 16: NINE days holidays … Can you name one country in the world where government officials love to sleep in the bed of laziness? Can you name one carefree country in the world where the word ‘responsibility’ does not exist? Nine days of vacation is the longest for a country with which the world deals 24/7.
For nine days, almost for one-third of a month, the country will be swaying in laziness and merrymaking. Is this lack of experience, lack of understanding or deliberate closure of the banks, the stock exchange and the opening of letters of credit?
