KUWAIT CITY, May 11: A security source reported that 9 expatriates of Arab nationality were detained in connection with a violent quarrel between them on Habeel Street in Nugra Hawally.
The source suggested that the nine expats are awaiting deportation for violating the rules of movement during the ban.
