KUWAIT CITY, Sept 1: After seven months an unidentified Kuwaiti woman has filed a complaint with the Shamiya Police Station accusing a female compatriot of assaulting her, reports Al- Anba daily. According to a security source, the victim said she was assaulted by the suspect on January 25, but filed a complaint last Thursday
