KUWAIT CITY, Apr 17: As a result of the ongoing efforts and campaigns by the Ministry of Interior, specifically the General Department for Drug Control, to combat drug dealers and traffickers, 7 suspects have been arrested for promoting drugs in various regions.
The suspects were found to be in possession of approximately 2.25 kilograms of hashish, one kilogram of a chemical substance, one kilogram of marijuana, 1,300 tablets of psychotropic substances, and five electronic scales. The authorities are currently working to refer all suspects and the seized items to the Narcotics Prosecution for legal action against them.
