KUWAIT CITY, Dec 19: Officers from the Drugs Control General Department (DCGD) arrested an Egyptian for trafficking in Tramadol. Acting on instructions of Assistant Undersecretary for Criminal Security Affairs Major General Abdulhameed Al-Awadhi, the officers put the suspect under surveillance after receiving information about his illegal activity in Khaitan. Accordingly, an undercover agent agreed with the suspect to buy 200 narcotic pills (Tramadol) for KD 250. This led to the arrest of the suspect at the point of delivery. They then moved to his accommodation and confiscated 6,000 Tramadol pills.
