5 fight over a water balloon

KUWAIT CITY, Feb 27: Quarrel broke out among five young men when one of them threw a water balloon at the others while celebrating the National Day of Kuwait in Khairan area. During the quarrel, they attacked and assaulted each other until some bystanders controlled them. Necessary action was taken thereafter.
