KUWAIT CITY, Feb 17: The Civil Service Commission issued a circular regarding the National Day holiday and the liberation day, and set holidays on Tuesday and Wednesday 25 and 26 February, and on Thursday 27 because it occurred between two holidays. The official working day will be resumed on Sunday 1 March.
