KUWAIT CITY, Oct 9: The General Department of Public Relations and Security Media Department at the Ministry of Interior said, 46 people have been arrested for various reasons including 6 men and one woman who were reported absconding by their sponsors and were staying illegally in the country, reports Al-Jarida daily. The security sources said the campaign happened in Mahboula under the supervision of the Assistant Undersecretary for Public Security Affairs Major- General Farraj Al-Zoubi led by Security Director Major-General Saleh Matar, Director-General of the Ahmadi Governorate based on the directives issued by the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior, Lieutenant-General Sheikh Faisal Al-Nawaf, to intensify security campaigns to arrest violators of the residence and labor laws and outlaws, and in continuation of the campaigns by the public security sector throughout the country.
