37 thefts – Teen girl found

KUWAIT CITY, April 24: Securitymen found a 17-year-old Kuwaiti girl, who ran away from home due to family disputes, in the house of a friend. A security source revealed the girl’s father lodged a missing persons report at Rumaithiya Police Station, saying his daughter left their house and he does not know her whereabouts.

The security officers managed to locate the girl after a thorough investigation which led to the discovery that she was in the house of a friend she met through Snapchat.

Meanwhile, the Sulaibikhat plainclothesmen have arrested a 29-year-old bedoun for committing 37 robberies over the past few months, reports Al-Anba daily.

A security source said the thief, who police described as the most professional had reportedly broken into homes and cars and stolen the valuables. Giving a breakdown police said the man committed 22 crimes in Sulaibikhat, 22 in Salam and the rest in Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh, Jahra and Saad Al-Abdullah.
