3,466 Kgs of Beef destroyed

KUWAIT CITY, Dec 5:  The Public Authority for Food and Nutrition destroyed 11 cartons of beef with a total weight of 3,466 kilograms as they were found to be not fit for human consumption, reports Alrai daily. Director of Imported Food Unit Ali Al-Manfouhi disclosed that after checking the Australian meat products, the authority discovered the products were already expired in addition to violation of measurement specifications.
