3 persons arrested trying to sneak out of Jleeb

KUWAIT, April 29: Policemen arrested three people while trying to sneak out of Jleeb Al-Shuyouk Area, which has been under lockdown to curb spread of coronavirus, the Ministry of Interior said Wednesday.

A police patrol spotted three persons trying to sneak out of the area in defiance of the lockdown, it added in a statement.

The three persons, who were not carrying personal identification, were arrested and taken for questioning, it said.(KUNA)
