3 Indians arrested for drinking alcohol to be deported

KUWAIT CITY, May 15: Personnel from Hawally Security Department have arrested three Indians for drinking alcohol.

The arrest came after a resident of Hawalli complained to the Operations Room of the Ministry of Interior.

According to security sources, the Hawally Security Director Major-General Abdeen Al-Abdeen has requested the deportation of the drunkards.

Sri Lankan run over: A Sri Lankan, who was run over by an Egyptian, has been referred to the Mubarak Al-Kabir Hospital for treatment, reports Al- Anba daily. The victim was taken to the hospital by paramedics. The Egyptian has been referred to the area police station for interrogation.
