27 Prostitutes arrested in Hawally area

KUWAIT CITY, Nov 2: Based on the instructions of His Excellency the First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Talal Khaled Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah and the supervision of the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior Lieutenant-General Anwar Al-Barjas to intensify efforts to control violators of residence and public morals and to monitor those who violate the law, the Ministry of Interior arrested 27 people on charges of prostitution in Hawally area. They have been referred to the competent authority to take legal measures.
