KUWAIT CITY, Jan 6: The Ministry of Health said on Thursday that 2,413 people tested positive for coronavirus (COVID-19) in the past 24 hours, taking Kuwait's caseload to 425,455. The recoveries went up by 264 to 412,749, the Ministry's Spokesman Dr. Abdullah Al-Sanad said, noting that the recoveries represent 97 percent of the overall infections. Zero death cases registered, keeping the total death toll at 2,469, he told KUNA. There are 11 Covid-19 cases at ICUs, 10,237 others being treated at home and 53 patients at hospital wards. As many as 27,541 swab tests have been conducted which raised the total to 6,100,502, Dr. Al-Sanad added
