KUWAIT, April 28: The Kuwaiti Ministry of Health announced 152 new coronavirus (COVID-19) infections in the last 24 hours, bringing the total of infections to 3,440, while 1 deaths were reported as well, bringing the total fatalities' toll up to 23.
During a daily briefing, Health Ministry spokesperson Dr. Abdullah Al-Sanad said that 67 patients were in intensive care, 30 of them are in critical condition.
Those currently receiving treatment at hospitals reached 2,241 patients said the spokesperson.
Today's death was of a 61-year-old Indian national who was receiving treatment at ICU in the last three days.
Earlier, Health Minister Dr. Basel Al-Sabah announced the recovery of 164 patients, bringing the total to 1,176 recoveries
