The Kuwaiti swimmers display their medals as officials look on.
DOHA, Jan 14, (KUNA): Kuwaiti swimmer Muhammad Zubaid secured the gold medal in the men's 100-meter backstroke event for the 15-16 age group. This victory marked the fourth day of the Second Arab Aquatics Age Group Championships, elevating the team's overall medal count to 11.
Faisal Abu Al-Hassan, head of the team delegation and member of the Board of Directors of the Kuwait Aquatics Federation, commended the team's efforts as they concluded their participation in the Championship. In a statement to KUNA, he expressed praise for the players who showcased their skills throughout the tournament.The tournament commenced on Wednesday and is scheduled to continue until January 15.
