Al-Khashti and Al-Marshoud honor the winners across the championship categories.

KUWAIT CITY, Jan 17: Zain Kuwait sponsored the 12thAtyab Al-Marshoud International Showjumping Championship, a World Cup-qualifying event that the company continues to support annually. The championship welcomed elite riders from Kuwait and abroad, delivering high-level competition and strong public turnout.

Chief Corporate Affairs and Relations Officer, Waleed Al-Khashti, attended the closing ceremony alongside the Championship’s Organizing Committee Chairman, Waleed Al-Marshoud. Together, they crowned Saudi Olympic rider Abdullah Al-Sharbatly as the champion in the Grand Prix category.

The championship featured exciting contests with a large audience of equestrian enthusiasts, families, youth, and athletes. Zain also set up a dedicated fan area, allowing spectators to follow the competitions in a comfortable and enjoyable setting.

The 12th edition was hosted at the Kuwait Equestrian Center in Sabhan, with wide participation from Kuwaiti, Gulf, and international riders representing leading local and global equestrian clubs, under the supervision of a professional international judging panel.
