Kuwait City, May 18: Zain has celebrated the winners of the Most Innovative Product award for the high-school and university levels during the closing ceremony of the INJAZ Company Program Competition 2024. Zain supports this contest annually in partnership with INJAZ Kuwait to empower the next generation of young Kuwaiti entrepreneurs.

The ceremony, hosted by the American University of the Middle East at the AUM Cultural Center, was attended by INJAZ Kuwait Executive Director Lailah Hilal Al Mutairi, Zain Kuwait Corporate Sustainability Manager Loulwah Alasfour, and representatives from sponsors and partners. Zain took the stage to honor the two winning teams of the Most Innovative Product award: RHYTHMi (university level) and Solution Seekers (high-school level).

Zain’s support came under the umbrella of its long-term strategic partnership with INJAZ Kuwait, which extends for 19 years since the non-profit’s inception in 2005. Throughout this partnership, Zain has continued to shoulder the academic programs and initiatives organized by INJAZ to invest in young people’s creative skills to empower them to pursue their entrepreneurship aspirations.

Zain Group Digital Solutions Director Ali Dashti joined the judges panel, which featured entrepreneurs, businesspeople, and private sector executives. The panel listened to final pitches from the students, initiated the evaluation process, and carefully selected the winners.
