SANAA, Jul 13: Yemen's armed forces said Monday they carried out a strike on the runway at Sanaa International Airport to prevent an Iranian aircraft from landing, accusing Iran of insisting on violating Yemeni airspace.

In a statement, the military said the operation targeted the runway to stop the aircraft's arrival. Yemen's Defense Ministry urged civilians, airport workers, and humanitarian organizations to stay away from the airport and its surrounding areas, stressing that protecting civilian lives remains a priority.
