X-cite by Alghanim Electronics receives three customer service awards – Retailer recognized with Best Social Media, Best Online Store and Best Call Center awards

KUWAIT CITY, Feb 7: X-cite by Alghanim Electronics, Kuwait’s largest electronic retailer, was recognized by the Kuwaiti Public Relations Association as having the Best Social Media Channel, Online Store and Call Center in the retail electronics sector in 2017.

The event, under the patronage of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, was attended by His Highness the Amir’s representative, the Minister of Social Affairs and Labor and State Minister for Economic Affairs, HE Hind Al-Sabeeh, the Head of the Amiri Protocol, Sheikh Khaled Al-Abdullah Al-Sabah and the head of Kuwait’s Public Relations Association Jamal Al-Nasrullah, who awarded X-cite the prestigious awards as part of its efforts to enhance its communication activities and networks as well as to develop the public relations and customer service sectors in Kuwait.

Kuwait’s Public Relations Association dedicates this prize to shed light on the distinguished efforts and achievements of companies and organizations in the fields of public relations and customer service across all industries from both the public and private sectors.

The event also featured a number of workshops about the strategies of public relations and customer service targeted at employees of ministries and organizations. Based on the role of the Kuwaiti Public Relations Association in developing public relations and customer service sectors in government and private sectors, the Public Relations and Customer Service Award was created to push these sectors forward and measure the extent to which their employees apply international standards.

These awards recognize the nature of X-cite and the field it operates in, further highlighting the multi-conglomerate’s continuous efforts to provide exceptional and unrivalled service online, in stores and everywhere else.
