KUWAIT CITY, Dec 13: As soon as the “Winter Wonderland Kuwait” project announced the opening of reservations for entry tickets, accounts spread across social networking sites to sell tickets at prices many times more the official price, reports Al-Jarida daily.

The daily monitored some of these accounts that turned the expected project in Kuwait into a profitable project on the black market, as some accounts sold the tickets for as much as 40 dinars, which means many times more than the official price of 5 dinars

. The public was surprised by the matter, calling on the official authorities to intervene, as some book tickets for several days to sell them at double the price, while those who wish to enter the project are forced to buy tickets from these accounts. Some suggested that entrance tickets be issued bearing the names of the visitors, as is the case with tickets for concerts and international football matches.
