LOS ANGELES, Oct 16, (Agencies): Will Smith wholeheartedly recognizes the significance of Jada Pinkett Smith's revealing memoir. After immersing himself in her book, he penned a heartfelt message that he conveyed through Jay Shetty in an upcoming episode of Shetty's podcast, "On Purpose."

In the letter, Will expressed his admiration and respect, stating, "I applaud and honor you." He further reflected on how, had he read the book 30 years ago, it would have prompted more embraces. He pledged to start now, welcoming Jada into the "author's club" and affirming his boundless love for her.

Jada's memoir, "Worthy," is scheduled to hit bookshelves on October 17th. It delves into her relationship with Tupac Shakur, her journey to overcome thoughts of suicide, the globally recognized Oscars incident, and the unvarnished truth about her marriage to Will. Despite their separation, unbeknownst to the public for seven years, the couple, who wed in 1997, has no intention of pursuing a legal divorce.

Will Smith admitted in an email to the New York Times that the book served as a wake-up call for him. He acknowledged that after spending more than half of his life with Jada, emotional blindness had set in, and he had failed to fully grasp the depth of her experiences and intricacies. He humbly confessed to losing sensitivity to the subtle nuances and hidden beauties that comprised her life.

Although they have been living apart since 2016, with Jada even acquiring her own home, the couple, parents to Jaden Smith and Willow Smith, have no imminent plans for a legal separation.
