LOS ANGELES, Oct 18, (Agencies): Allison Holker is making a significant change in her life by parting ways with her Encino, California house, a luxurious farmhouse-style abode now listed for $3.795 million.

This 4,600-square-foot home holds sentimental value as it was the residence she shared with her late husband, Stephen ‘tWitch’ Boss, who tragically passed away by suicide at the age of 40 in December. Holker and Boss acquired the property in 2019, creating a family home for their children: Weslie (15), Maddox (7), and Zaia (3). In 2021, they collaborated with Pottery Barn for a sponsored redesign project, allowing fans to follow the transformation and updates on social media.

The property, currently listed by Sotheby’s International Realty, is praised for its open floorplan, which bathes the space in natural light, fostering a welcoming and bright atmosphere. Positioned on a sizable corner lot, the home is thoughtfully hedged to provide privacy and tranquility.

Notably, Holker and Boss initially purchased the house, constructed in 2018, for $2.7 million.

In recent developments, Holker and her children have acquired a new residence in Studio City, California. This two-story, 5,800-square-foot home reportedly came at a cost of $5 million. This transition arrives less than a month after Holker and her children commemorated Boss’s 41st birthday with a touching visit to his gravesite. Boss passed away on December 13, 2022, and Holker shared the family’s tribute on her Instagram.
