Why Liberation Tower was not decorated during national holidays?

KUWAIT CITY, March 4: The Ministry of Communications said it has opened an investigation why the Liberation Tower was not decorated during the national holidays like the rest of the buildings in the country, reports Al-Jarida daily. The Ministry of Communication said, those responsible will be summoned for interrogation and referred to the Legal Affairs Department and accused of breach of duty.

A report also will be submitted to the higher management once the legal procedures have been completed.
