Lebanese–Greek writer and filmmaker Dr. Angela Mrad continues to build a complete cinematic universe around her highly anticipated project CELESTIA: UNMASKING SOLARA, introducing a new approach to the cinematic poster through an epic audiovisual reveal that invites audiences not only to see the poster, but to hear it.

With the release of a new cinematic video, Mrad unveils the official poster of CELESTIA: UNMASKING SOLARA, alongside the first visual reveal of its two central characters, Celestia Thorne and Jax Vesper – The Shadow. Their first appearance is presented through a carefully crafted cinematic vision that reflects the atmosphere, mystery, and artistic identity of the world of Solara.

But this time, the poster is not presented as a static image alone. Mrad introduces the concept of a “poster with a voice” — transforming the traditional poster reveal into an audiovisual experience. Accompanying the poster is an original epic poetic piece, presented through a dramatic musical style and created specifically for this cinematic reveal.

Through this approach, Mrad offers a new creative interpretation of the cinematic poster: an image that can be seen, and a story that can be heard. The concept is captured in the statement accompanying the release:

“Some posters are not meant just to be seen… but also to be heard.” The cinematic video also offers a glimpse into the creative process shaping the project, giving audiences a closer connection to the artistic vision behind CELESTIA, while preserving the mystery surrounding its central story.

The release marks another chapter in the carefully constructed CELESTIA campaign, following the initial announcement of the project and the unveiling of its official logo. Each reveal has been designed to gradually build the universe of Solara, introducing audiences to its characters, atmosphere, mythology, and visual identity.

With this latest reveal, the poster itself becomes part of the storytelling — no longer simply an image promoting a film, but an audiovisual extension of its world. At the heart of this cinematic universe stands Celestia, a character whose creation was deeply connected to Mrad’s own vision as both filmmaker and actress. From the moment she wrote the character, she already envisioned herself stepping into the role on screen.

As Angela Mrad explains: “When I wrote CELESTIA, I already knew that I wanted to be the actress who would bring her to life. I created her as a writer, envisioned her as a filmmaker, and from the very beginning, I saw myself stepping into the role of Celestia on screen. She was never just a character I wrote — she was a character I knew I would become. CELESTIA is not just a new character.

She is a symbol. A world of her own. She is CELESTIA.” — Angela Mrad CELESTIA: UNMASKING SOLARA The statement adds another dimension to the reveal: Celestia is not simply a character being introduced to audiences, but a character conceived from the beginning with her actress already in mind.

The cinematic video ultimately leaves audiences with the defining line of the film: “THE MOST DANGEROUS WAR BEGINS THE MOMENT YOUR HEART CHANGES SIDES.” CELESTIA: UNMASKING SOLARA The truth will unmask them all. Welcome to the world of CELESTIA.
