Water Supply Gradually Restored to Maidan Hawally, Salmiya After Repairs

KUWAIT CITY, Mar 15 : The Ministry of Electricity, Water and Renewable Energy has begun gradually restoring fresh water supplies to areas affected by the recent shortage following the completion of repair works, a ministry official said.

Ministry spokesperson Fatima Hayat explained that water is currently being pumped back into the network and supplies are being restored step by step. She added that water services in the areas of Maidan Hawally and Salmiya are expected to return to normal within the next few hours.

Hayat expressed her appreciation to the technical teams for completing the repair work and thanked customers for their patience, cooperation and understanding during the disruption.
